• CAUTION! This tour is not suitable for children under three (3) years of age, pregnant women, people with back, neck or heart problems, or any person that has any serious medical condition! If you are not sure please consult your doctor. Pegasus Charters reserves the right to deny a ride to anyone who they feel may cause harm to themselves or others.
  For safety reasons, high heels are not allowed on the dock or boat.
• No food or drinks.
• No standing while underway.
• Please keep all body parts inside boat.
• Do not throw anything overboard.
